1. CV Registration: By submitting your curriculum vitae (CV) to NOVA Group for registration, you agree to provide accurate
   and truthful information about yourself, including your personal details, educational background, work experience, skills,
   and qualifications.
2. Confidentiality: NOVA Group will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will only use it for the purpose of
   matching you with potential job opportunities. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your
   consent, except as required by law.
3. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in your CV is accurate and up to
   date. Any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of services by NOVA
   Group.
4. Job Placement: Submitting your CV to NOVA Group does not guarantee job placement. We will make reasonable efforts to
   match you with suitable job opportunities based on your qualifications and preferences, but the final decision rests with
   the hiring companies.
5. Payment: A registration fee may be required for CV submission and registration with NOVA Group. Payment of the
   registration fee does not guarantee job placement and is non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property Rights: Any materials, documents, or information provided to you by NOVA Group during the
   recruitment process are the exclusive property of NOVA Group or its clients. You agree not to copy, distribute, display, or
   use this material in any way other than for the purpose of your job application without prior written consent.
7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOVA Group, its directors, officers, employees, and agents
   from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these
   terms and conditions, your use of NOVA Group’s services, or any action taken by NOVA Group as part of its investigation of
   a suspected violation or as a result of its finding or decision that a violation has occurred.
8. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact NOVA Group to attempt to resolve the dispute
   informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in the
   jurisdiction of Nairobi, Kenya.
9. Limitation of Liability: NOVA Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
   damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or
   other intangible losses.
10. Modification of Terms: NOVA Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior
    notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
11. Termination of Services: NOVA Group reserves the right to terminate your registration and services at any time if you
    breach these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any
    disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
    Kenyan courts.
13. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NOVA Group and
    supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, with respect
    to the services.

By submitting your CV to NOVA Group for registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
